What happens to your documents

What we receive. The documents and messages you send us, your name and contact details, and the payment confirmation.

What we use it for. Only to translate, certify and deliver your order, and to answer questions about it later.

Where it's kept. In encrypted cloud storage that only the translator on your order can open.

Tools we use. An AI tool prepares the first draft of the translation. The translator checks every line against the original and signs the certificate. The tool's provider does not use your files to train its models.

How long. 3 years after the order, because an office may ask us to confirm the translation. Then we delete it. Ask us, and we'll delete it sooner.

Who else sees it. The AI tool above, while it drafts. We never sell or share your documents.

Messengers and email. When you write to us on WhatsApp, text or email, that service's own privacy terms apply to the messages.

This website. No ad trackers and no session recording.
